How long does it take for my item to arrive?

Because shipping is free for you, your item will take a bit longer to arrive than usual. It will take up to a week for your item to arrive. Although it might take a few more extra days, we hope the free shipping makes up for it!

What if my product is faulty? Is there a return policy?

We have quality tested all our products with the manufacturer to make sure that none of them are faulty, however if you do receive a faulty product, we have a 30 days return policy.
